AI receptionist for landscapers

You're behind a mower you can't hear anything over. Your phone is ringing.

We answer it for you, ask the things you'd ask, and book the appointment onto your calendar while you finish the job you're already on.

You don't pay a cent until it gets you two leads.

Spring rush means forty calls in the two weeks everyone decides to fix their yard, and every one you miss is a season-long contract that went to someone else.

Thanks for calling Your Company, this is the receptionist. What's going on?
I've got a tree limb down across a driveway.
Okay. Is this ongoing maintenance or a one-time project?
Yes — right now.
Are you the homeowner, and what's the address?
I own it. 41 Elm Street.
Someone can be there at 9 tomorrow. Does that work?

A season of weekly maintenance is worth real money. A voicemail is worth nothing.

Every caller who hangs up on your voicemail is dialing another landscaper before you've climbed down. The receptionist picks up on the second ring so they never get that far.

It answers these

  • Do you do weekly mowing, or just one-time cleanups?
  • Is the estimate free?
  • Do you do hardscaping - patios, walls, walkways?
  • How far out are you booking?
  • Do you do fall cleanup and leaf removal?

And it asks these back

  • Is this ongoing maintenance or a one-time project?
  • Roughly how big is the yard - quarter acre, half, more?
  • Are you the homeowner, or managing the property?
  • Anything urgent, like a downed limb or drainage problem?

Every answer comes from what you tell us during setup. If you don't quote a season of weekly maintenance over the phone, it doesn't quote it — it books the visit instead.

$200 a month, no contract.

If it books one a season of weekly maintenance you'd otherwise have missed, it has paid for itself many times over.

$200 / month
  • 300 minutes of calls included — about 150 answered calls, more than enough for a one- or two-truck contractor. Most never get close.
  • Answers every call you miss, day and night
  • Books straight into your Google, Outlook or iPhone calendar
  • Screens out sales calls and robocalls
  • Text summary of every call, with the recording

Over 300 minutes it's 30¢ a minute, and you get a text before that happens. No setup fee, no contract. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep the month you've paid for, and months aren't refunded.

You don't pay a cent until it gets you two leads.

Live on your phone tomorrow. No card to start. Billing begins the morning after your second real lead - and you'll have the recordings of both.

Hear it before you pay

What landscapers ask us

Does it understand landscaping company calls specifically?

Yes. We set it up around your trade before it takes a single call. It knows what landscapers get asked, and it knows the questions worth asking back: is this ongoing maintenance or a one-time project; roughly how big is the yard - quarter acre, half, more; are you the homeowner, or managing the property.

What if a caller has a tree limb down across a driveway?

You decide what counts as an emergency. It takes the details, flags the call urgent, and texts you immediately so you can call them back in seconds - and it still offers the caller the next slot.

Do you do weekly mowing, or just one-time cleanups?

It answers from what you told us during setup — your real policy, in your words, not a guess.

Is the estimate free?

It answers from what you told us during setup — your real policy, in your words, not a guess.

Do you do hardscaping - patios, walls, walkways?

It answers from what you told us during setup — your real policy, in your words, not a guess.

What does the $200 a month include?

300 minutes of answered calls — about 150 calls, more than enough for a regular contractor — plus booking into your calendar, spam screening, a text summary after every call, and the recording. There is one price and one plan. No setup fee, no contract.

What happens if I go over 300 minutes?

Minutes past 300 are 30¢ each, and you get a text when you're getting close, so nothing is a surprise. Most one-truck contractors don't come near the limit.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number that's on your truck and your business cards. You forward it to us with one code on your phone — either every call, or only the ones you don't pick up. Turning it off is the same code. If you'd rather have a separate line, we can give you a local number instead.

Is there a free trial?

Something better. You don't pay a cent until it gets you two leads. A lead is a real customer the receptionist put on your calendar from a call you would otherwise have missed. You'll see every one, with the recording. Until there are two, you owe nothing - no card, no invoice. The morning after the second one, we text you a link, and from then it's $200 a month, month to month, cancel any time from your account page.
