What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

If you fill in the contact form we store what you typed — name, company, phone, email, trade and message — along with the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address, so we can reply and stop abuse. We do not run advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
When you become a customer, the receptionist records the calls it answers and stores a transcript, a summary, the caller's number and the details the caller gives (typically name, address, and what they need). This is the product: it exists so you can hear and read what your customers said. Recordings are available to you and to the members of our team who set up and maintain your account. Where the law requires it, the receptionist tells callers the call is recorded.
We use third-party providers to run the phone line, the voice model, the calendar connection and email. They process data on our behalf to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your customers' details with anyone but you.
Contact-form messages are kept as long as we're in a conversation with you. Call recordings and transcripts are kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of cancellation unless you ask us to delete them sooner or keep them longer.
